Closes the tab associated with the wallet payment session token when it has no remaining balance due. The tab is resolved from the token (via confirmWalletPermissions), so no path parameter is needed. Mirrors the customer-flow /.{tab_uuid}/close behavior for the already-paid case (no order send, no display name update).
