Lists existing payment methods for the customer associated with a valid wallet payment session token. Each card includes its computed customer fee for the tab's current balance, and a separate digital_wallet_customer_fee is returned for Apple Pay (which may route through a different processor with a different fee). All fees are in minor currency units (e.g. cents) and are 0 when the tab has no balance due.
